Return & Exchange Policy

At Haleema Sadia, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. While we hope you love every purchase, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, we do provide conditional exchanges in case of genuine quality concerns.

There is no return or exchange policy for unstitched collections. Any issues related to unstitched items must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the order. Complaints made after this period will not be considered.

Customers who have made payments via Credit Card or Bank Transfer may request order changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order.

If you receive a product with a quality defect or workmanship issue, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your complaint is submitted, our Quality Assurance Team will review the issue and respond accordingly. After evaluation, we may offer an exchange or store credit if a significant fault is confirmed.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Customized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

  • Items purchased on discount or sale cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Stitched lawn orders are not eligible for return or exchange
